Change of Mind Returns

“Change of mind” includes purchases you have made in error eg accidentally ordered the wrong size or colour, items that don’t fit the way that you would like or unwanted gifts.

  • We will accept a change of mind return for an exchange of another size/colour/ provided it meets the following guidelines:
  • ✔ Return within 14 days
  • ✔ Return with proof of purchase
  • ✔ Item must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
  • ✔ Protective hygiene sticker must be in place for swimwear returns
  • ✔ Item is not listed as an excluded item as outlined below

Excluded items (for a change of mind return):

  • ✘ Gift Vouchers
  • ✘ Sale/Clearance


Faulty Product Returns

If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will contact the manufacturer and provide an exchange where possible for the same item, if that is not possible, we can issue an in store credit provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Can’t find your receipt? A bank statement will be fine. If you don’t have that, get in touch and we’ll do our best to track it down.


Exchanges for the same item in a different size will not incur any additional charges. If the new item is a different product (including a different colour) and there is a price difference you may need to pay the difference.


We have a no refund policy for change of mind or incorrect purchasing, but are happy to exchange on any other items at any time.

Exchanges & Return Process (Online)

If your purchase was made online (including Click & Collect) you may choose to return for exchange. You can either return in store or you if you require to post it back this will be at your own expense ((for change of mind; incorrect size purchases; (faulty garments will be exchanged at no additional charge)):

We recommend sending your return with registered post or postal insurance. We will not hold any responsibility for missing parcels.

If posting once received, we’ll arrange the exchange if possible with the return postage paid by customer or with will issue an in store credit note.
